So it transpires despite the proscription of Palestine Action as a terrorist organisation, actually there were quite sufficient legal means to sanction the protestors, without recourse to the heavy handed (anti-democratic) response initiated by Yvette Cooper.... it will be interesting to see what impact this verdict has on the review of the proscription itself.
